For those of you that doesn't know who this is,her name is Bright-Eyes.She is a character from a show made back in the 80s that airs on the channel Boomerang.The show is called "Pound Puppies".I was flipping through the channels when i spotted her.I thought that she was so adorable so i just had to draw her!I might draw a full body pic next.
